Real Search Console and Analytics Data, Periods Stated on Every Figure

Ten case studies, six with live data

Home services, restaurants, ecommerce, local business

This is ORM’s proof of performance. Six case studies below carry the actual Google Search Console and Google Analytics screens, with the period stated on every figure and the caveats left in: a click-through rate that fell while reach grew, a store whose conversion tracking was not yet configured, a new domain three months in. Each links to a full page. The figures are the ones our founder publishes on nizamuddeen.com, and one of the stores is his own, which the page says.

Four more case studies are archive projects, where the client’s analytics ended with the engagement, so they describe the work without figures: Fair View Accountants, an accountancy practice in Watford (2019 to 2021); House Designer, a UK home design studio whose room designs led into its shop (2019 to 2023); Office Designer, its sister brand selling office furniture and design packages to companies (2019 to 2023); and Picndrop, a courier marketplace in Lagos (2021). Earlier ORM builds include Bukhari Group of Services, Multani Sohan Halwa, Mugnum Crete, Afghan Mart and Rhodes Grass.

Six Case Studies, One Figure Each

The headline number from each, with its period. The full evidence is on each case study page.

How We Measure

How Every Case Study Is Measured

A case study is only worth reading if the numbers can be checked. These are the rules every page below follows.

  1. The screen is published, not a summary of it. Search Console or Analytics, as recorded.
  2. Windows are consecutive and equal in length wherever the comparison is before and after, so the second picks up where the first ends.
  3. The period is stated on every figure, and no figure appears without its source page.
  4. The caveats stay in: click-through that fell as reach grew, analytics without conversion tracking, a new domain that is three months old.
  5. Our own store is labelled as our own. HMB Pottery belongs to our founder, and the page says so in the first paragraph.
HMB Pottery, Search Console twelve months to August 2026: 640K impressions from 428K

HMB Pottery: 428K to 640K Impressions

Handmade Multani blue pottery sold online at multaniblueart.com, our founder’s own store. A WooCommerce shopfront built to sell the craft rather than list it, then made findable on four tracks: technical foundation, category and product-family pages, local and profile signals, and content about the craft that links inward to the products.

  • Twelve months to September 2025: 20.8K clicks, 428K impressions, average position 9.8
  • Twelve months to August 2026: 22.7K clicks, 640K impressions, average position 6.2
  • Analytics for 2026: 77K active users, up 116.8% on the preceding period
  • Caveat kept: conversion tracking was not configured, so those are audience figures
  • 145 Google reviews surfaced on the storefront

The position change is the story: from the foot of page one to the middle of it across a broad set of tableware queries.

Bella Pizzahh: Flat, Then 732K Impressions

An independent pizzeria in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. One kitchen, no new locations, no new advertising. The site ranked for its own name and little else, so the work was coverage: a page for every town in the delivery area and a large informational layer linking down into the commercial pages.

  • Twelve months of Search Console to 21 August 2026: 732K impressions, 6.5K clicks, average position 9.8
  • The line runs flat from late August to early May, then steps up in the second half of May and holds
  • Click-through across the year 0.9%, explained on the page rather than hidden
  • Event coverage timed to a tournament at the stadium three miles away
  • Nothing about the business changed. The coverage did

Most local businesses do not have a ranking problem; they have a coverage problem. This page is what fixing it looks like in Search Console.

Bella Pizzahh, twelve months of Search Console: 732K impressions after the topical build
Care N Tidy, consecutive six-month windows: 11.1K to 182K impressions

Care N Tidy: 11.1K to 182K Impressions

Domestic and office cleaning in the United Kingdom, with strong service quality and almost no visibility, so customers were finding competitors first. Local SEO on four strands: Google Business Profile, citations, a review strategy and on-page local signals across the service areas.

  • August 2025 to February 2026: 11.1K impressions, 471 clicks, average position 46.5
  • February 2026 to August 2026: 182K impressions, 1.33K clicks, average position 28
  • Sixteen times the reach; clicks nearly tripled
  • Click-through fell from 4.2% to 0.7%, and the page explains why that is expected at this stage
  • Presence in the local pack for the core cleaning keywords

Position is the number to watch, because clicks follow it. It moved eighteen and a half places in six months.

Game of Bricks: 3.4K Purchases in Thirty Days

An international store selling LED lighting kits and accessories for building-brick sets. Three tracks at once: country targeting with hreflang and market-by-market keyword research, ecommerce SEO on the product and category pages, and a blog written to carry readers to the products.

  • Thirty days to August 2026: 281K active users, up 10.8%; 3.4K purchases, up 20.4%
  • Seven countries above three thousand active users each in 28 days, all growing
  • Twelve months: 1.9M active users, 25M events, 7.5M views, 50K purchases
  • As published: 185% organic traffic growth in six months, sales up 120%, blog traffic 40% of leads
  • Analytics covers all channels; the page says so and shows organic search at 30K sessions in the window

Purchases growing about twice as fast as traffic is the figure a store owner should read first.

Game of Bricks, Google Analytics, thirty days to August 2026: 281K active users, 3.4K purchases
Alpha Holistic Roofing, Search Console through month three: 20.9K impressions from 9.61K

Alpha Holistic Roofing: A New Domain's First Three Months

A full-service roofing contractor in Indianapolis, launched on a brand-new domain into one of the most competitive local service markets there is. The site was built around the full service range with the technical and on-page work done at launch, and local signals set for the service area.

  • Months one and two: 9.61K impressions, 7 clicks, average position 49.1
  • Through month three: 20.9K impressions, 14 clicks, average position 40
  • Impressions doubled while position climbed nine places in the same month
  • Clicks are small, and the page says so: visibility arrives before position, and position before clicks
  • Published early on purpose, so the trajectory can be watched

The honest three-month picture of a new domain, kept as a record rather than dressed up as a result.

Pronto Pizza: Click-Through More Than Doubled

A fast-casual pizza restaurant that was already ranking and being ignored: 64,923 impressions in 90 days for 251 clicks. A crawl of all 76 pages found sixty-one without a meta description and sixty-two with titles too long for the results page. The snippet was fixed first, highest-impression pages first.

  • Baseline click-through 0.39%; twelve-month average 0.9%, with the months since the fix running higher
  • Twelve months to 21 August 2026: 2.33K clicks, 259K impressions, average position 9.8
  • Impressions held the same band all year; clicks climbed from late May
  • The reviews page, ranking fifth with zero clicks, rewritten and expanded
  • A topical layer added to hold the reach up while the click-through work compounded

The cheapest result on this page and one of the most valuable: no new pages of reach, no new audience, more of the existing one choosing the site.

Pronto Pizza, twelve months of Search Console: click-through more than doubled on the same reach

We are here to answer all your questions

Questions about the portfolio.

Yes. Every figure is read from a Google Search Console or Google Analytics screen that is published on the case study page, with its period. The same figures appear on our founder’s site, nizamuddeen.com, where he publishes them with live recordings for several of the stores.

Because we do not publish a number we cannot show. Fair View Accountants, House Designer, Office Designer and Picndrop are archive projects: the clients kept their analytics when the work ended, and two of the stores or businesses have since closed. Each has its own case study describing the work and where it stood at handover, with no figures rather than invented ones.

It is our founder’s own store, and both the card and the case study say so. It is on this page because the numbers are first-hand and because every method ORM recommends to store owners was tested there first.

Because a site that suddenly appears for many more searches sits low on the page for most of them at first, so impressions grow faster than clicks. The pages explain it where it happens, Bella Pizzahh and Care N Tidy in particular, rather than leaving the number out.

Bukhari Group of Services, Multani Sohan Halwa, Mugnum Crete, Afghan Mart and Rhodes Grass are websites ORM built and optimised in its earlier years. They predate the reporting standard used on this page, so they are named without figures.

That is what the free audit call is for. We look at your site, your Search Console and your competitors and tell you which of these patterns applies: coverage, snippets, local signals, country targeting or a store rebuild. Start on the How We Work page or call the number on this page.
