SEO for Real Estate

SEO for Real Estate Businesses

Projects, Agencies and Listings That Get Found

Societies, projects, plots and rentals

Multan based, serving all Pakistan

Property is searched more than almost anything else in Pakistan, and searched precisely: a society, a phase, a plot size, a budget, a city. Most developer and agency websites answer none of it. They have a home page, a gallery and a form, while the buyer’s actual question goes to a portal or a competitor.

Real estate SEO is the work of owning those specific searches: a page for every project and society you deal in, listings that rank on their own, guides for the areas buyers are comparing, and a profile that makes the call land with a named person. This page is one of our industry SEO pages, built for one trade rather than one city.

What Real Estate SEO Covers

Six areas of work for developers, agencies and anyone who sells or rents property online.

Project and Society Pages

One page per project, society and phase, built around how buyers search for it.

Listings That Rank

Individual listings made findable, with the details and markup search engines can read.

Area and Buying Guides

Guides to the areas buyers compare: prices, plot sizes, schools, commute, what to check.

Agent and Agency Trust

Named agents, registrations and reviews, because nobody sends money to an anonymous dealer.

Map Pack for Agencies

Why Us?

Why Property Businesses Choose ORM

We have worked on search for property developers, agencies and dealers since 2014, from Multan, across Pakistan.

  1. We build for the specific search: society, phase, size and budget, because that is what buyers type, not the brand name.
  2. Listings are treated as pages, each one findable, rather than a database nobody outside the site can see.
  3. Trust is designed in: named agents and real registrations decide whether the enquiry is ever sent.
  4. Measured in enquiries by project, so you can see which project is earning and which is not.
  5. White hat only: no bought reviews, no bought links, no fake listings.

Project and Society Pages

A buyer looking at a particular society wants one page that tells them everything, and searches for it by name. We build:

  • A page for each project, society and phase you deal in
  • Plot sizes in marla and kanal, prices and payment plans stated plainly
  • Location, access and what is actually built, with real photographs
  • Approval and registration status, because buyers check it
  • Progress updates kept current, which also keeps the page fresh
  • Internal links between related projects and the agency profile

A single project page written properly outranks a portfolio page listing twenty projects in one paragraph each, for every one of them.

Listings That Rank on Their Own

Portals rank for listing searches because every listing is a page. Yours can do the same:

  • Each listing on its own indexable page, not hidden behind a search box
  • Titles built from type, size, area and purpose: sale or rent
  • Structured data so search engines read price, size and location
  • Photos sized to load on mobile data
  • Sold and rented listings handled so the page keeps its value

Deleting a listing that was ranking throws away the traffic it earned. We keep the page, mark the status, and point buyers at similar stock.

Area and Buying Guides

Before choosing a property, buyers compare areas, and those searches are rarely answered by anyone selling. We write:

  • Guides to each area you cover: prices, sizes, development stage
  • Practical detail buyers ask about: schools, access, utilities, commute
  • What to check before buying in that area, honestly
  • Comparisons between neighbouring societies
  • Links from each guide to your live stock in that area

The guide earns the visit while the buyer is still deciding. The listing beside it earns the call.

Agent and Agency Trust

Property is where people are most afraid of being cheated, so trust signals do more here than anywhere. We make sure the site shows:

  • Named agents with photographs and direct numbers
  • Registrations and dealer authorisations for the societies you sell
  • A real office address, on a map, that matches your Google profile
  • Genuine reviews, collected steadily and replied to
  • Clear statements of fees and what you do and do not handle

An anonymous property site with a form gets skipped. A page that introduces the person you will actually deal with gets the call.

Map Pack for Agencies and Projects

Searches for a property dealer or a project office are local, and the map results take the call first:

  • Google Business Profile with the right category and service area
  • A separate profile for a project sales office where one exists
  • Name, address and phone identical across every directory
  • Photos of the office and the projects, kept current
  • Duplicate and abandoned listings removed, which is common in this trade

Old profiles from previous offices and staff quietly split your visibility. We clean those up before anything else.

Leads Tracked by Project

A property business needs to know which project produced the enquiry, not just that enquiries went up. Each month you see:

  • Calls and WhatsApp messages by project and by page
  • Which listings and area guides produced them
  • Map pack positions for office and project searches
  • Searches gained and lost for the societies you cover
  • A monthly summary in plain language

When one project stops earning, the report shows it, and the next month’s work moves to where the buyers are.

We are here to answer all your questions

Common questions about real estate SEO.

For the specific searches, yes. Portals win broad terms, but a well built page for one society or one project, written by people who actually sell there, regularly outranks a portal’s thin category page. The strategy is to own the specific and let the portals have the generic.

Both, but the website versions have to be real pages, each one indexable with its own title and structured data. A listing that lives only inside a search box on your site is invisible to search engines.

It needs a page per project or society, wherever they are, and a page per city only where you genuinely operate an office. Copying one city page with the name changed is what stops most property sites ranking anywhere.

We show the status honestly. Buyers check approvals, and a page that states the real position earns more trust than one that avoids the subject.

Project and society pages can start earning within a couple of months because so few competitors build them properly. Broad city-wide terms take longer and are usually not worth chasing first.

Usually on a partnership basis: a reduced base and a share tied to the enquiries the work produces, agreed project by project. We will say on the first call whether your projects and stock are a fit for that.
