Guest Post Services

Guest Post Services On-Demand

Real Sites, Real Readers, Real Links

Part of our full SEO service

Multan based, serving all Pakistan

Guest posting takes time and judgement. Finding sites worth appearing on, reaching the people who run them, and writing something they actually want to publish is slow work, which is why so many campaigns stall at the first step.

We handle it end to end, and you approve the sites before anything is written. Guest posting is one part of our wider SEO work rather than a separate product, so it is planned alongside everything else we do for your site.

What Our Guest Posting Covers

Six steps, in order. You see the site list and approve it before we write a word.

Site Selection

Sites checked for real organic traffic and genuine relevance to your subject, not just a score.

Manual Outreach

Every site approached individually by a person, never through bulk marketplaces or mass email.

Content Written for the Host

Articles written to suit the host site’s readers, which is what gets them accepted and read.

Links in Context

Links placed inside relevant sentences, with anchor text varied rather than repeated.

Your Approval First

You see and approve the proposed site list before any writing or outreach begins.

Link Reporting

Live URLs, where each link sits, and what it sends you, reported every month.

Why Clients Use ORM for Guest Posting

We have been doing this since 2014, from Multan, for businesses, agencies and individual site owners.

  1. You approve the sites: nothing is written or published until you have seen where it is going.
  2. Relevance before metrics: a smaller relevant site with real readers beats a large unrelated one.
  3. No private networks or link farms: we do not place links on sites that exist only to sell them.
  4. Written properly: the article has to be worth publishing on its own merits, or it will not be.
  5. Part of the wider SEO plan: placements are chosen to support the pages we are actually trying to rank.
Screening guest post sites for quality and relevance

How We Select Sites

Most of the value in guest posting is decided here, before any writing happens. For each candidate site we check:

  • Whether it receives real organic search traffic
  • Whether its subject genuinely relates to yours
  • Whether real people read and engage with it
  • How long it has been running and how consistently
  • Whether its existing outbound links look editorial or sold
  • Whether it publishes anything and everything

A site that will publish any article from anyone passes no useful signal to your site, whatever its third party scores say. We would rather place fewer links on sites that mean something.

Manual Outreach

Every site is approached individually, by a person, with a reason for getting in touch. That means:

  • A pitch specific to that site and its readers
  • Topics suggested to fit what they already publish
  • No bulk email and no link marketplaces
  • Relationships kept for future placements
  • A clear no recorded and moved on from

This is the slowest part of the process and the part that decides whether the rest of it is worth anything.

Writing the guest article for the host site

Content Written for the Host Site

The article has to earn its place on someone else’s site, which means writing for their readers rather than for your link. We handle:

  • A topic that suits the host publication
  • Original writing, not spun or reused
  • Their house style and length conventions
  • Genuinely useful detail rather than filler
  • Revisions if the editor asks for them

If the article would not be worth publishing without the link in it, it is not worth publishing.

Links in Context

Where and how the link sits matters as much as the site it sits on. We use:

  • Links inside relevant body content
  • Anchor text varied, including brand and plain wording
  • A sensible number of links per article
  • Pages chosen to match the article’s subject
  • A natural pace rather than a sudden burst

Repeating the same exact match anchor text across every placement is the clearest footprint there is, so we do not do it.

Client approval of the site list before publishing

You Approve the Sites First

Nothing happens without your sign off. The process runs in this order:

  • We research and shortlist candidate sites
  • You receive the list with our reasoning
  • You approve, reject or ask for alternatives
  • Only then do we write and pitch
  • You get the live URL once it is published

This is also your safeguard: you see exactly where your brand is appearing before it appears there.

Reporting on Placements

You should be able to check every placement yourself, so we report:

  • The live URL of every published article
  • Which of your pages each link points to
  • The anchor text used
  • Referral visits from each placement
  • Links checked periodically to confirm they are still live

Placements do occasionally disappear when a site is redesigned or sold, and you should hear that from us rather than find it yourself.

Reporting on live links and referral traffic

We are here to answer all your questions

Common questions about guest posting and link building.

Businesses of any size, SEO agencies, marketers and individual bloggers. Agencies usually come to us for the outreach and writing while they handle the rest of the campaign themselves.

You publish an article on another relevant website, and that article links back to yours. Done properly it puts you in front of that site’s readers and passes a signal to search engines that your site is worth referencing.

Placements typically go live within a few weeks of approval. Movement in rankings usually follows over the following weeks or months, and depends on how competitive your terms are and what else is being done on the site.

Some publishers charge a fee to review or publish contributed articles, which is common in the industry, and we will tell you when that applies to a site on your list. What we do not do is place links on sites that exist purely to sell them.

Yes. You receive the shortlist with our reasoning before anything is written, and you can reject any site on it and ask for alternatives.

With most clients we now work on a partnership basis across the whole SEO engagement rather than selling placements individually, because links work best as part of a wider plan. Tell us what you are trying to rank and we will tell you what is realistic.
